What I do
I have 15+ years of hands-on experience designing and upgrading local government, central government, and private healthcare products and services. I go beyond traditional service design and its archaic methodology. I design and build unique solutions to improve the reach of the research and design process, with contemporary custom-made tooling to retain data sovereignty.
What I build
Scrapers, feedback prototypes, and pipelines from raw input to structured output (CSV, logs, datasets). Teams and researchers can run or adapt them without being developers. I self-host when it matters so data stays where you control it.
